Yes, I'm back again for another great time in the Great South. Last year was my first, and I completed the course in 1hour 37 minutes, which was very pleasing. Nathan and Ashling were there to cheer me on - picking me out from 18,000 others.  This year’s time target?  Have a guess.

And this year, Nathan will be running alongside me!  (Until I leave him well behind?)

CAFOD is a charity I’ve supported in my many years since primary school. This year we have 8 entrants - from the two Catholic churches in Bracknell. So we should be able to cheer each other on. And the CAFOD support team are very good - both before and on the day

I run regularly to maintain general fitness, mainly during lunchtimes at work – Syngenta at Jealott's Hill (so a lovely setting).
