510km and 687527 steps later we have all returned safe to England after completing the walk, very tired but suffering only aches and pains and large blisters! 

For those of you who know any Spanish history or who are into doing ridiculously long walks will know about the Camino de Santiago. For those of you who aren’t it is an ancient Catholic pilgrimage across Spain, which nowadays is attempted by people of all ages, races, religions and nationalities and for many different reasons.

 So equipped with some Spanish, experiences from Duke of Edinburgh and much determination we are walking 482km of the way, from Burgos to Santiago de Compostela  during the month of July.

 From this experience we hope to gain fantastic memories, a great sense of achievement and to help those who are less fortunate then ourselves and to whom a single step would bring equal satisfaction.
