Whizz-Kidz aims to improve the quality of life of disabled children and young people in the UK through the provision of customised mobility equipment such as wheelchairs and tricycles. It is dedicated to providing help and advice to the children and their families and raising awareness of mobility-related issues through national campaigning. My story

Update 29th April 2009 - Thanks to all those who supported with Donations. Thanks to my nephew Tom who dragged me round in 4 hours 7 mins. Thanks to a banana and a rubik cube who ran with us and made us laugh. Thanks for the memory of Calum.

My original personal target was to raise £14,000 in Calums memory, because it was enough to cover two specially adapted wheel chairs, and I love the idea of having two (or more) chairs with his name on.

My thanks to everyone involved, all my family and all those that sponsored us. The total raised by the five famliy members running in the 2008 London marathon with me was in excess of £25,000.
