Update 27th April - Very slow & far too much walking this time - down but not out. It was good to be there and be a part of it again. Greatly inspired by the man running with his disabled son, the blind runner and the elderly lady bent double.

Update 20th January 2010 - Having lobbied family and friends for sponsorship 2 years running, I promised myself I wouldn’t send the normal e-mail requests for my 2010 marathon.But saying that - any further sponsorship for the Whizz-Kidz charity would be very gratefully appreciated.

Update 29th April 2009 - Thanks to all those who supported with Donations. Thanks to my nephew Tom who dragged me round in 4 hours 7 mins. Thanks to a banana and a rubik cube who ran with us and made us laugh. Thanks for the memory of Calum.
