The Cambrian Way

On Thursday, June 11^th Helen Thomas and Andrew McConochie will embark on an epic 275 mile journey through along the Cambrian Way to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis and Breast Cancer. The route begins in Cardiff and ends in Conway, and crosses all the main mountain ranges in Wales as well as the highest peaks in South, Mid and North Wales.  Along its 275 mile route Helen and Andrew will have to ascend over 60000 feet (twice the height of Everest) and walk up to 22 miles a day to hopefully arrive in Conway on Saturday June 27^th.
