We joined the Kidney Research UK sponsored climb of Ben Nevis on 9-11th October 2009, to help raise funds for research into kidney diseases.  Thanks to everyone who has sponsored us so very generously.  If anyone still wants to, this page is open till the end of February 2010.

Click on 'Photos' and 'My video' to the left to see the event and our practising for it.  The Scottish hills really are beautiful, as some people from England discovered for the first time on Ben Nevis.  So many people signed up (hundreds!) that there were two climbs.  It was a great weekend with a really great group of people sharing the experience, hotels, walking, snacks: some there just for the experience, some for kidney disease, some as patients.  But whose idea was the ceilidh afterwards?  There are a few more photos on Facebook here.
