24 Hour Penalty People

We are very excited that Bury Cancer Support Centre have been offered the opportunity to team up with Hotel Football Manchester to host our latest fundraising event 24 Hour Penalty People!

Set in Heaven, the rooftop pitch of the exclusive Hotel Football, and overlooking panoramic views of Manchester and Old Trafford this is a unique opportunity for you to join us in raising much needed funds for our self-funding cancer charity. Why not join in to show off your football skills and take a chance to score.

You can also join us in the Players Lounge where there will be fun activities for the kids, a raffle, tombola, cake, and there may even be some famous faces that pop along too including guest DJ sets. You could visit the hotel café for a meal and drinks, visit the Manchester United Megastore, or why not take the opportunity to visit some local attractions in the city.

This event will be taking place over the bank holiday weekend but due to popular demand we have had to extend our initial 24-hour target and there will now also be spaces available on the Sunday as well as Saturday. So, whether you fancy an early kick about, an afternoon out, or playing under the city stars this is an experience which shouldnt be missed.

Teams are limited to a maximum of 4 and you will be given your very own time slot where the pitch is yours. For a minimum donation of £20 you will not only have the chance to play but each team will be entered into a fantastic prize draw donated by the Hotel Football. Why not ask friends and family to sponsor you to take part and help raise more money for this amazing local charity.

To be the one lucky winner of some surprise gifts including an overnight stay in one of Hotel Football Squad Rooms which are specifically tailored for families (but you dont have to bring the kids!). Included in the room are surprise treats and complimentary mini-fridge with retro goodies. Not only have Hotel Football generously donated this fabulous prize but they have also thrown in a meal for four and breakfast!

As a completely self-funding charity the need to raise funds to help maintain our vital service is more important now than ever and we encourage people to get sponsorship for this event. So why not grab those boots and join us for a day and evening of football fun.
