*UPDATE*

They've only gone and done it folks. The intrepid crew of adventurers have conquered the Three Peaks. 22 miles of pure grit and determination has lead to an amazing total of over £5,000.00 given by all you wonderful people. Thankyou all so much.

Please enjoy some photos to commemorate this wonderful achievement.

A team of friends, including our own CEO, Richard Whateley and led by James Handford, are taking on the challenge of climbing the Three Peaks on Saturday 30th April, Sunday 1st May and Monday 2nd May 2022.

Hailing from Market Bosworth, James Handford, Bruce McDonnell, David Edwards, Pete Hames and Sam Mottram, along with our CEO, Richard Whateley, have very kindly decided that all donations will go towards the Myriad Centre

Kicking off on Saturday 30th April, the team will trailblaze up Ben Nevis, then its a hop, skip and a jump over to Scafell Pike on Sunday 1st May then finishing off with a trek up Snowdon on Monday 2nd May.

All donations will go towards The Myriad Centre Capital Appeal to raise funds to redevelop our building.

This will provide The Myriad Centre with the opportunity to create a lasting legacy in the quality of care provided to young people with profound disability in Worcestershire and, in doing so, the dissemination of best practice in the support of young people with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities).

Our vision is that this development would lead to Myriad services in Worcestershire, being the best in the country for this sadly neglected group of young people.

We support young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) so that they and their families and carers receive the care and support they need to enrich their lives. We do this by providing a wide range of therapies and activities at our Centre, five days per week.
