You will enable us to launch a new day opportunities service at a third location, help us to provide high-quality home care in areas across Wrexham where private firms won't operate, reduce winter pressures faced by our overstretched NHS, enable people to remain in their community and to live independently for longer and, help address the care crisis!

Raffle tickets are £2 per ticket and tickets will be sold until midnight on Thursday 16th December. The draw will take place on Friday 17th December and all winners will be contacted by email. 1x raffle ticket will be allocated for every £2 donated.
