We are the only UK charity protecting those with medical conditions in emergencies, by making our members' vital information accessible to those caring for them. With your help, we can provide our service to those experiencing financial difficulties, to keep them safe when it matters most.

Our aim is that everyone who needs our life-saving medical ID service can access it. We ask our members to pay if they can, but support them if they cannot. We do not receive any government funding to subsidise our life-saving services - your donations allow us to support those experiencing financial difficulties or other barriers to our service, providing them with MedicAlert membership and jewellery.

As well as protecting those with medical conditions in emergencies, MedicAlert provides everyday peace of mind to our members and their loved ones, to allow them to remain active, independent and able to join in.
