Get ready to whisk up some fun at home, at work, at school or in your local community and host a bake sale to raise some important dough.

Pick a date, time and a place, spread the word and recruit some baking heroes to bring along some treats too.

Whether you’re a star baker or will be nipping to the shops (we won’t tell!), it’s a great opportunity to get together and catch up for a good cause. Just ask people to make a donation for their treats on the day.

How your bake sale can help

Childhood and cancer. Two words that should never go together. 

Every week, around five children in the UK lose their lives to cancer. That’s five families who are faced with the worst news possible. New breakthroughs will save more lives, but we need the space to put them into practice. A place where new treatments will help more children get better.

That’s why we’re helping to build a world-leading new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital, to help more children beat cancer and go on to futures where they not only survive, but thrive.

All the funds raised through Bake it. Build it. Beat it. will go towards the development of cancer care at Great Ormond Street Hospital. In the event that costs change, or the needs of the hospital or patients change, we reserve the right to redirect funds for use against the hospital’s most urgent needs.
