Story

During Bill's treatment he experienced some nasty side effects, which stopped him from doing many of the things he enjoyed. To help combat some of these effects, Bill was sent to see Senior Speech and Language Therapist, Alison Smith.

The treatment Bill received from Alison was out of this world. He felt so revitalised after his first session that he even went to the pub for a well-deserved pint! In a letter to Alison, Bill said "My confidence is sky high, and I am not embarrassed about going out anymore. To say that you have changed my life is an understatement"

To thank Alison for her amazing support, we are raising £4500 to buy a Skin Fibrometer for her Head and Neck Clinic at University Hospital. This piece of equipment will be used to help even more people like Bill.

Your donations will go to UHCW Charity, who work to support the staff, patients and families at University Hospital, Coventry and The Hospital of St Cross, Rugby. All donations made in memory of Bill will go towards purchasing the Skin Fibrometer.

Any donation you can make will be so appreciated, thank you.
