Mental Health is complex. Our advocacy work involves, listening, guiding, planning, supporting and ensuring their needs are properly considered. Mental Health cannot be ‘cured’ with one conversation, it takes time to form trust. Our advocates devote hours, days, months to provide the best support.

1 in 4 people will suffer from a mental health illness at some point in their life and suicide is currently the biggest killer amongst men.

The event will help raise awareness of mental health as well as raise funds for the local mental health charity, Lamp (Leicestershire Action for Mental Health Project)
