Every year at Health Stars we set ourselves a challenge: to give a Christmas gift to everyone being cared for in our inpatient units. This year we need to find almost 250 gifts.

Christmas can be a difficult time for many people, particularly those who are receiving treatment in hospital and are away from their usual support networks. For some, it can be a time when feelings of loneliness and isolation feel even more pronounced.

A gift may seem like a small gesture, but it can help someone feel remembered and connected to their community. We're hoping the community will once again get behind the appeal and help us bring some festive cheer to patients this Christmas.

A donation of £5 (or whatever you can afford) could make a real difference this Christmas. Thank you for helping us spread joy across our community.

If we are lucky enough to raise more money than we need for this campaign, any additional donations will be used to grant wishes from our services throughout the year.
