Our aim is to be the first port of call for people in Dacorum who are facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion; to support and empower them to take the next positive step in their lives.

Story

Come together and do something amazing to help vulnerable people in your community!

Join friends, family and colleagues for an unforgettable night on Friday 26th November at The Hemel Hempstead School. Swap your cosy bed for a sleeping bag and put yourself in the place of those sleeping rough in the cold winter months and throughout the year.

Kick off the evening in style at the silent disco, before braving a night under the stars; with everyone given a light to shine as a symbol of hope for those facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion.

Wake up at daybreak alongside fellow sleepers, knowing your incredible collective achievement has made a huge difference to struggling individuals and families in Dacorum.

Every penny raised at the Sleepout will help DENS support vulnerable local people to take the next positive steps in their lives.
