Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the number of visitors allowed on both TMBU and SCBU PRH neonatal units has been limited, meaning that some parents and families are unable to be with their babies.

Having a poorly baby is incredibly difficult at the best of times, not being able to visit or introduce your baby to your family makes everything even harder.

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated to our campaign. Due to the incredible levels of kindness and generosity, we have increased our target with an aim to purchase 5 iPads, 1 for each nursery at TMBU and 2 for SCBU PRH to enable staff on the units to take photographs and videos of babies and send to those families unable to be present. These updates will be so important and provide a real lifeline for those absent, enabling some form of contact to be maintained.

In addition we will be purchasing an increase of supplies and refreshments for both families and staff to help them further during this difficult time.
