New College Worcester is a national, residential, independent special school for young people aged 11-19, who are blind or vision impaired. Each student has an individually tailored programme involving their education, independent living skills together with a range of extracurricular activities.

Story

The family of Sophie would like to ask family and friends to make a donation in lieu of funeral flowers.

Sophie attended RNIB New College Worcester from 1990 - 1998, whilst at RNIB New College Worcester Sophie made many life long friends.

Donations made to this page will go directly to New College Worcester and help support them with a new dedicated sensory room for blind and visually impaired students. This space will be carefully designed to provide a multi-sensory experience that caters specifically to the unique needs of these students, helping them engage with their surroundings in a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment.
