In Pink: Comfort & Care – Supporting Breast Screening Patients at WWL

Following the success of our first “In Pink” campaign in 2019, which raised more than £60,000 to fund a new ultrasound machine, we are proud to introduce the next stage of our work: In Pink: Comfort & Care.

Breast screening and consultations can be a worrying time for many. This campaign is focused on enhancing the environment and facilities so every patient feels more supported, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.

We are also dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of attending breast screening appointments, as early detection saves lives. By improving the experience, we hope to encourage more women to attend regularly and prioritise their health.
