Story

The Sandals Foundation Island Challenge returns for its fourth year – this time in Jamaica – bringing together athletes, corporate partners and community champions for an unforgettable four-day endurance experience across land and sea.

Participants will run scenic coastal routes, kayak through crystal waters, trek through Jamaica’s breath-taking landscapes and hike up the country’s famous Blue Mountains, to raise funds to strengthen neonatal and paediatric healthcare services on the island.

More than a physical challenge, Island Challenge is a celebration of community, compassion and resilience.

The Goal? Raise £100,000 to provide lifesaving equipment for children’s health facilities. Every penny raised will make a huge difference to the lives of families.

Island Challenge - Jamaica 2026 is kindly supported by partners British Airways and the Jamaica Tourism Board.

Thank you so much for your support.
