We are a small, volunteer run museum in Paisley, who celebrate the history of the Thread Mills of Paisley and the surrounding areas. In normal times, we would be open and running events which help us to fund our work.

However the past 2 years have been very challenging and we need your help. Our coffers are pretty bare and we want to survive to continue to tell the stories of the mills for years to come.

The museum costs less than £3000 per year to run so anything you can give will go to help ongoing running costs. We've been working behind the scenes to keep raising funds during our closure, making face coverings to sell and selling our souvenirs which has helped. But our usual donation stream has not continued with the closure so we are struggling to keep going.
