Randall Robert Perrey died on 3 July 2024.

Joyous to the last, Randall loved hearing about the work of Shines in Uganda, a country he visited in 1997 while his son (also Randall) was volunteering there. On his 80th birthday, instead of gifts he requested donations to Shines.

In memory of his kindness, his generosity and - above all - his infectious laugh, Randall's family have requested that, rather than sending flowers for his funeral, those who wish to might donate to Shines instead.
