It’s a privilege to be part of such an amazing community at Rossendale Hospice. We have lots of laughs, sometimes a cry, and endless cups of tea and coffee. The Hospice is such a safe and welcoming space, and I’m honoured that patients trust me with their care and their very personal situations. I would urge anyone thinking about volunteering to do it. It has filled such a gap in my life since retirement, and I love being able to give back to the people of Rossendale when they need it most.
