September Step Challenge!

We are stepping into September to raise funds for Braid Health and Wellbeing! Lots of our staff are getting involved in our step challenge and we would love our community to join in. Our biggest walking day will be Scotland's Kiltwalk September 25th.

Braid House provides a digital and physical space for everyone in need of support as they transition through life’s stages. We positively enhance the ageing process for elderly, isolated and vulnerable individuals by offering the very best health and wellbeing support within West Lothian.

Story

This September, Braid Health and Wellbeing are challenging our staff and supporters to walk 250,000 steps or to set their own step challenge. We would love for you to join us! The funds you raise will support vulnerable and isolated individuals by positively enhancing the ageing process.

Our 250,000 target is just over 8,000 steps per day, but you can make your target 150,000 or even 500,000 depending on your fitness level.

Some of us will be taking part in Scotland's Kiltwalk on Sunday the 25th of September 2021 to help boost our step count. If you would like to put your tartan on and join the fun email fundraising@braidhealth.scot. We have a limited number of free Kiltwalk places available. If you are taking part in the Kiltwalk, please use their fundraising page instead of JustGiving so that you are eligible for the 50% Hunter Foundation Top up.
