Ormiston Families’ 2023 Christmas Campaign is focusing on the fantastic work of our Stronger Together Support Group in Cambridgeshire.

Stronger Together is a fortnightly support group for parents and carers of children with additional needs or disabilities, providing a space for conversation, connection and reassurance.

The group holds sessions in March and Whittlesey, led entirely by staff and volunteers who dedicate their time to listening to the struggles these parents and carers may be facing and reminding them that they are not alone.

Stronger Together also operates a Sensory Toy Library, allowing parents, carers and education professionals to borrow sensory developmental toys free of charge.

Our Christmas Campaign will highlight the vital work delivered by the Stronger Together team as we hear from parents and children impacted by the service. The team will also detail the challenges they witness every day, underlining why Christmas may look slightly different for children with additional needs or disabilities.
