On Saturday 10th October, our community is coming together to sweat, smile, and move for five hours straight at our annual YMCA Aerobathon. But this event is about much more than just fitness—it is about providing vital, life-changing support to those who need it most.

We are raising money to fund the YMCA North Tyneside Cancer & Exercise Rehabilitation programme.

Navigating a cancer diagnosis and the gruelling treatments that follow takes a massive physical and emotional toll. Our specialised rehabilitation programme is designed to help individuals in our local community reclaim their lives and their bodies.
