Story
Mattioli Woods is delighted to once again announce the most celebrated charity road race in Leicestershire: the Rothley 10k 2019!
...And this year, on Tuesday 11 June, the Rothley 10k celebrates its 34th anniversary! Enter HERE.
The race, hosted by the Rothley and Soar Valley Lions, attracted almost 1,300 runners in 2018 in support of local charitable causes - our biggest turn-out yet! Over the last three decades the event has raised over £300,000 for our local charities, including Rainbows, LOROS, County Air Ambulance Service, Age UK, Eye Camps, and RNLI, to name but a few.
We are also pleased to announce that LOROS, the Leicestershire and Rutland Hospice, is continuing to partner the race for 2019. LOROS are a local charity, dedicated to providing, high-quality, compassionate care and support for local patients, their families and carers. Fundraising is key to the charity 25% of the profits raised on the night will be donated to LOROS hospice.
