Having caught the bug a couple of years ago, I am about to embark on another swim (1k), bike (20k) and run (5k) on Saturday 1st August.

This year I am using raising money for the Thomas Ball Children's Cancer Fund as motivation. Their objective is to relieve sickness and distress among children suffering from cancer and members of their families.

I have chosen TBCCF because of the great work they do and also because it is my employer's (D&B) chosen charity this year and they have committed to doubling any money raised. So, it's a  Win/Win... for every £1 you donate, TBCCF will receive £2!!!
