The race has been run, and 34 runners cantered their way from post to pint. Thanks and well done to all - a great turnout and superb fundraising effort thus far. Results (now fully corrected) are online now at www.kingsheadcanter5k.org.uk

The prizes have now been distributed.

Please keep the donations coming in, and look out for a race report in the Sussex Express - in the Friday 18th September edition.

** Age-graded percentage is this figure that compares a runner's performance to the world record for their age and sex at given distance. (These percentages will figure in the final results.) According to WAVA, these percentages can be categorised as follows: 100% = Approximate world record; Over 90% = World Class; Over 80% = National Class; Over 70% = Regional Class; Over 60% = Local Class.

*** The outstanding effort winner will be chosen at the discretion of the judges – and will be awarded to someone who, in the judges’ opinion, a) exerted themselves to the max b) will benefit from the prize.
