As you all know, ive been wanting to do something like this for a long time. It was meant to be Kilimanjiro approx. 1 year ago if you remember. It never happened, and I was gutted. I will do it eventually mind.

So it makes perfect sense for me to start my mountain climbing heriocs somewhere a little closer to home, The Italian Dolomites, and with a challenge that is a little easier, Via Ferrata.

As this is for a good cause, I want all of my friends to give up one pack of fags and one beer each, and throw me a tenner to help make the pain of doing this easier to bear.

You will be helping many less fortunate children than our good selves by giving a little something and hopefully it will make you feel a little better about yourselves.

You can all expect a big connell hug if you donate a little something.
