From the late 19th Century, the British Empire had a grand vision for a road that would stretch from South to North (Africa). Known as the Great North Road, much of it is non-existence and spans savannah, jungle and desert.

Luke and Jordan plan to travel this route from Cape to Cairo while each raising awareness specific humanitarian issues as well as each raise money for a particular charity.
