Lets have a new competition ... it took us 5 hours to cross a calm Irish Sea in 2004 which is 22 miles wide. How long in hours and minutes is it going to take us to cross the 56 miles of Bering Strait Sea?

The minumim donation is £5 and there are prizes (winner can choose, other prizes will also be awarded - to the most orginal comment etc).

Photos of current prizes on www.capetocape.org.uk and more information on http://www.capetocape.org.uk/Irishsea.htm

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: WOODHEAD MOUNTAIN RESCUE TEAM will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now! Many thanks for your support.

Thanks, Steve, Dan and Nicky
