Story

Crimestoppers, the independent crime-fighting charity dedicated to solving crime, is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2008. In September this year, Capgemini are challenging 25 police forces across the UK to take part in a gruelling sailing challenge around the Isle of Wight, and the Greater Manchester Police have entered a team to support the work of Crimestoppers.

The GMP team is looking to raise as much money as possible for the charity through your sponsorship. Every penny raised will go towards the work that Crimestoppers carries out in communities throughout the UK.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor: Crimestoppers gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

On behalf of the whole of everyone at GMP we would like to thank you for your support.

Many thanks
