We are Car 17 and have competed together for a number of years.  We strongly believe that Rhino Ark is an important Kenyan charity and the funds raised directly and indirectly benefit Kenyans.  

 

This will be Rhino Rouge’s 8th year and we would love to put our name back on the Tim Nicklin Award – just one more time but more importantly, we are in it to win it, not just the girls’ trophy.

 

Car 17 has raised nearly 14 million Kenyan shillings – that is over $165,000 USD as a team over the couple of years.

 

Car 17 has won the Tim Nicklin Award three times.

The Rhino Charge is a motor sport event in which entrants will be required to visit a number of points (Guard Posts) while travelling the shortest possible distance across difficult, trackless terrain, where speed is not a necessity. The event is organised in order to raise funds to support the activities of the Rhino Ark Kenya Charitable Trust.
