FFS Stands Up To Cancer - #FFSSUTC

I attend this wonderful gym called FFS. They have set their members a challenge and a clear goal to help the Irish Cancer Society. Each member has been asked to complete a physical challenge and to raise €500 so together we collectively raise 50k for this worthwhile charity. 

Why am I taking part? because I want to be part of this amazing challenge. It's a worthy cause and I want to help the gym reach this goal! I'm going to push myself to my limit in aid of the Irish Cancer Society and I need you to sponsor my efforts!

My personal challenge : The dreaded sled drag (very seasonal)
