IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO SPONSOR ME!

On Sunday 17th May 2009 I took part in the Walk for Skin 2009 at Coombe Country Park, Coventry, in aid of the British Skin Foundation and Ehlers Danlos Support Group.

Both charities mean a lot to me as I have had Psoriasis since I was 6 years old and it’s been a constant battle to control it.  You probably know a friend or relative with the condition for which there is not currently a cure. 

Both myself and partner have Hypermobility Syndrome (Also known as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Type III), which is a rare genetic connective tissue disorder that impacts the quality of life.  This event will help raise awareness and fund much needed research into the condition.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: British Skin Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

50% of donations received go to the British Skin Foundation.
50% of donations received go to the Ehlers Danlos Support Group.
