We are a parent–led voluntary autism support group that meets regularly to exchange information, advice and peer support in a sociable and friendly atmosphere.Throughout the year we have coffee mornings, social evenings and fundraising events. At some meetings we have guest speakers, and others are informal get togethers for a chat.

We are committed to raising awareness and understanding of Autistic Spectrum Disorders in Cardiff and the Vale area. We are committed to equal opportunities for all people living with autism and the development of a working partnership with professionals and with other voluntary organisations.
