New Hanbury Project is a life skills and training centre for people dealing with life-controlling problems, such as substance misuse, long-term unemployment, learning difficulties and homelessness. We seek to engage adults in programmes of personal development and everyday practical skills such as gardening, DIY, literacy, basic woodwork, creative writing, healthy eating, art and music. The aim is develop self-esteem, encourage independence and increase employability.
