This is getting to be habit forming!

2008 will be the third consecutive year that I will be running in the BUPA 10k Great Manchester Run and once again, my chosen charity is George House Trust. For 20 years, George House Trust has been providing vital support to people living with HIV/AIDS in the north west of England. But as a voluntary organisation, they need our continuing support to be able to help the rising numbers of people still becoming infected by the virus each year.

I know that the staff, volunteers and people depending on this amazing charity will be grateful for anything you can do to help, so please dig deep and sponsor me online.
