I'm doing the 2009 London Marathon for Headway Surrey as they were the guys that looked after a friend of mine, Will Davies and his family a couple of years back when they were needed.
I'm also donating to The Charitable Foundation for The Royal London Hospital as they supported my good friends the Hoxbys last year.
Yep, I know it's a tough ask but hey I'll try and get round before it gets dark!!
