As some of you will know HCPT group 115 is a charitable group which takes children and young people with special needs to Lourdes every year at Easter. The children have a fantastic time building friendships and social/independence skills, and their families get some well-deserved respite. It costs approximately £700 for a child to go to Lourdes and I would like to raise £2100 so that 3 more children can enjoy the amazing experience. 

To this aim I will (attempt to!) run the London Marathon on 26 April 2009. I would be extremely grateful for any support you may be able to provide for this wonderful cause.  Helpers pay their own fares, and fundraise for the children’s fares.  Having been a part of group 115 for a number of years I have first hand experience of the joy the children get out of the week.  Please help us to share this with many more children, for many more years.
