Mark, Rob and I are going to run the Paris Marathon in memory of our Dad (John Spavin), on the 5th of April 2009.

He would probably think we are nuts running this - but he did a few crazy things in his time! So cheers Dad and here's to all three of us crossing the finish line together after 26 miles!

We are raising money for St Ann's Hospice who were a tremendous help to us all throughout a very difficult time. The work they do is amazing. They rely a lot on charity donations - they require £16,000 per day just to keep open!
