Attention!

I will soon be taking part in the 10k Marine Commando Challenge after much persuasion from my colleagues, who apparently think this is a good idea.

There will be 12 of us taking part in the challenge which involves a 3k run, 4k obstacle course (eeeek!) then another 3k run. The likelyhood of me surviving this without tears is slim.
