There has been a change of plan, I'm not trekking for Breakthrough any more, I'm running! (Help! Anyone who's seen me run will know this is a challenge.)

On October 29th I'm taking part in the Glasgow Big Fun Run to raise money for the wonderful people at Breakthrough. This is a fantastic charity all about breast cancer.
Money donated to Breakthrough goes towards research, educational campaigns, plus thoughtful, caring ways to help sufferers. I love the moves to help make waiting rooms more cheerful and less terrifying.
Almost every one of us knows someone whose life has been touched by this illness. So it's time to do something for a wonderful cause.
