Hi and thanks for sponsoring me! Yes dear friends, I have somehow been talked into running a 5k dressed in a full santa suit and beard on a freezing cold December sunday morning, I know, I don't know how it happened either.

But aside of my moaning, I am in fact running for a brilliant and vital charity. Prostate Cancer Research Foundation funds the best research projects in the world to find a cure for prostate cancer, the biggest killing cancer of men.

A man dies every hour of prostate cancer, similar to breast cancer, yet it receives a fraction of the funding.

Please sponsor me as much as you can. I will show you the pictures when I get them! And please think of me whilst you enjoy your coffee and sunday papers in the warm on the 6th December, bbbrrrrr!!
