First the obvious answers, yes I am going crazy and yes I am trekking to base camp of Mount Everest. For those of you not realising the scale of this 5550m (or 17,500 feet in old money) trek, imagine ME not washing my hair and not wearing make up for nearly 3 weeks and the reality should hit home!

If I don't go mad from altitude sickness, fall off a suspension bridge or get pushed off the mountain by a yak, it should be an amazing experience but also a fantastic opportunity to raise lots of money for a fabulous cause.
