Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can get the support they need. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters.

Story

Hi there,

On Monday 28th May I will be completing a 5k race in Battersea Park in London in aid of Sue Ryder Care. Live music will be provided by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra during the race and my aim is to 'Beat the Baton' by completing the race before the final cords of music are played. Anyone who has witnessed my attempts at running in the past will realise that this is quite a challenge!

Having worked for Sue Ryder Care for 6 months, I have witnessed first hand the fantastic Care given by the charity to people with conditions such as Cancer, Stroke, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Dementia and Acquired Brain Injury.  Please help me raise the vital funds to ensure that Sue Ryder Care is able to continue to deliver outstanding levels of care to those who depend on us for their well being.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Sue Ryder Care will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
