as a team ( Cornwall Kamikazes) we are raising monies for 2 charities

we have entered the super tough samworth challenge to raise money for the Cornwall Air Ambulance who work with the ambulance service to provide the best possible response in the event of an emergency and the fire fighters charity which provides recuperative facilites, rehabilitation and therapy to fire personnel and their families.

Super Tough route

Walk is longer at 20km rising to 1300m height gain
Canoe section is 13.5km
Bike route is 35km long with a height gain of 500m

plus we are embarking on a abseil

we are out to challenge Rays team so PLEASE  give us an incentive to do well
