I did it !!!  2 hrs and 16 mins it took me - this was a huge personal challenge for me and a big Thank you so much for all the support my sponsors have given me.  I would like to say a massive thank you to Lorraine who trained with me a pushed and support ed me around the 10 miles.   She has also been contirbuting to the fund raising for Pain Concern too

I have chosen this charity as Pain can affect ANYONE...and this charity will support anyone with chronic pain.

Pain is common in many illnesses and disabilities and chronic pain can be very debilitating and pain itself can have a serious detremental effect on peoples lives.
