I am going to do the Bupa 10K at the end of May - hopefully running all the way - but as my training buddy says 'if you can't walk it you can't run it!'  Last year I ran 10k in 65 minutes this year I'm aiming to do it in less than an hour.   I am raising money for Breast Cancer Campaign who fund reasearch into the causes, prevention and cure of breast cancer. I hope you will sponsor me as much as you can for this excellent cause. Any amount however large or small is very welcome.
