We (Caroline, Becky, Jodie, Julie & Roger) are running the Standalone 10k on 5th October to raise money for the Anthony Jonathan Gray Nightingale fund.  The fund has been set up (under the umbrella charity Enhance Herts) in memory of Caroline's son who died at just 8 days old following a complicated delivery.  Anthony was born and died at Lister Hospital and the staff on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit there were amazing, so all donations to Anthony's Nightingale fund will go towards new equipment and improvements to the unit.  So please help the unit by sponsoring us and making all our training and hard work on the day worthwhile.
